Replacing an aging structure, MOLLIE Aspen is a new 68-room boutique hotel featuring a vibrant, community-focused restaurant/bar and café. Located across from Aspen’s historic Paepcke Park, the hotel anchors the prominent corner of Garmisch Street and Main Street.
Aspen has long championed historic preservation, adopting thoughtful standards since the 1970s that honor the past while encouraging forward-thinking design. In that spirit, the design of MOLLIE Aspen carefully reflects the community’s values and natural environment, weaving a narrative that connects the heritage of place with contemporary living.
Influenced by the Bauhaus movement—which left a significant mark on Aspen in the mid-20th century—MOLLIE Aspen pays tribute to this design legacy. The result is a project that feels both timeless and uniquely aligned with Aspen’s progressive approach to the built environment.
