Resiliency: How to Adapt, Recover, Regenerate, and Pivot
As active members of the AIA, CCY's leadership and design team participate in a wide variety of professional service and speaking engagements throughout the year.
In May 2020, just weeks after the first COVID-19 lockdown, CCY Principal Rich Carr participated in a conversation hosted by AIA Colorado to discuss methods of firm management during times of challenge. Carr drew from his thirty-plus years of leadership experience to share innovative and optimistic strategies to navigate complex circumstances.
Several weeks later, CCY Principal John Cottle participated in a Virtual Town Hall, also hosted by AIA Colorado. The discussion addressed a variety of topics, including sustainability, collaboration, and responsible, equitable, and site-specific design.
