Ethan Ryden

Ethan is a recent Bachelor of Architecture graduate from the University of Texas at Austin where he was involved in numerous extra-curricular activities ranging from mentoring minority high school students interested in architecture, to tutoring math to at-risk public middle school and freshman students, to counseling fourth and fifth graders at a summer camp focused on social intelligence. He spent one summer working on a design-build project in Montana as part of AmeriCorps’ 100 Fold Summer Studio.

After having studied in Brazil for one of his architecture studios, Ethan’s interests lie in sustainability and architectural connections to nature, culture and history. These interests are aligned with his enjoyment of the outdoors, in particular hiking, backpacking, and rock climbing. He also enjoys playing the violin, reading, woodworking, and being in the kitchen baking and cooking.
